Delicious gets overhauled

I am incredibly excited today because my favorite social bookmarking site Del.icio.us has been completely redesigned. Most importantly the Delicious team has moved the site over to a new domain – Delicious.com. The official blog reports that many users have had trouble typing the URL correctly, this is fixed with the new domain (and I completely agree).

The entire site has been flipped from that ugly old design to a brand-spankin’ new one, which looks incredible! Delicious has switched over to a new platform, rolling out RSS feeds and API, as well as improved search and speed.

There’s a cool before & after transformation video at the Delicious blog, go check it out!

If you’re not using Delicious now, you have a reason to now!

Interesting… I hadn’t checked my del.icio.us account today until i saw this post. i agree, it is a much nicer interface.

I’m assuming you found my site via one of those do-follow blog lists floating around.

Sure did, maybe I should open up do-follow to return the favor.
